| If any alliance is interested in a NAP or FMA with the THE ŠaRK S1ŠE all you have to do is this:
~ Create a Thread - Alliance Name
~ State HC of alliance
~ State which type of treaty you want to negiotate
~ Email addresses (in possible)
~ How you would like to be contacted regarding the treaty
